Nursing training must include the necessary skills to respond to the collective and individual health needs of the community. Therefore, health promotion and community intervention is an integral part of the profile of primary health care professionals. In addition, the blended intensive program offers the possibility of enrichment and cultural exchange between the participants from the three countries, Spain, Portugal and Slovenia. The shared learning process encourages the creation of cultural synergies that serve as the basis for the development of nursing skills and future collaborative projects in the field of community participatory action.
